HNH Hospitality S.p.A., leading independent hotel operator in Italy for the 4- and 5-star hotel and resort segment, closes the financial year to October 31, 2024 with a historic result: record sales of 113 million euros, up 8 percent from 2023, confirming a solid trajectory of expansion and success.
EBITDA is close to 15 percent, while average room occupancy has grown from 73.5 percent in 2023 to 77 percent in 2024. Also evolving, marking a 4% increase, was the average price per room (ADR) which stood at 164.70 euros: results that reflect the Group’s ability to optimize its offer, attracting an increasingly qualified clientele and consolidating its positioning in the high-end hotelier market.
The year 2024 was a turning point for HNH Hospitality, marked by business consolidation and the launch of new strategic directions. These included the agreement for the first management contract in the Group’s history: the management of the Palazzo delle Stelline in Milan, owned by the Fondazione Stelline, which will be relaunched in 2026 under the Accor Group’s MGallery brand. This agreement marks a juncture from the traditional model based on ownership or rental, opening up new scenarios for the future.
At the same time, HNH Hospitality has launched its entry into hotel real estate with a hybrid model involving minority stakes in real estate assets (up to 25 percent), while retaining full control of operational management. This move aims to provide greater strategic control and support faster growth, with the goal of consolidating a scalable and sustainable model.
2025 will be a year of expansion for the Group with the opening in the first half of the year of an extended stay project in Verona consisting of 23 apartments. In parallel, HNH is finalizing a second hotel development deal, currently in the final stages of due diligence, the details of which will be announced soon.
“We face the new year with great determination and a clear plan for expansion and diversification in order to aim, for the first time, to exceed 120 million in sales. This is a pivotal moment for HNH Hospitality, in which we are consolidating our position in the market and opening up new prospects for the future. With the arrival of new openings and collaborations, our goal is to strengthen our offer, facing the challenges of the sector with an integrated model that combines innovation, operational excellence and a solid long-term vision,” commented Luca Boccato, CEO of HNH Hospitality.
