HNH Hospitality is awarded the management of the prestigious “Palazzo delle Stelline” in the heart of Milan

Fondazione Stelline appoints HNH Hospitality with the hotel management services for the hotel at Corso Magenta 61, which will reopen after the renovation under the MGallery brand, part of the Accor group. As part of an international tender, 10 companies operating in the hospitality industry participated in the selection process.  In the end, the specially established commission decided to award the hotel management services related to the management of the hotel “Palazzo delle Stelline” to the company HNH spa, which offered key money of 3 million 800 thousand euros and a guaranteed minimum annual profit of 3 million.

Therefore, the tender award goes to HNH, which prevailed over New York Coast 202 srl and Sol Melià Italia srl, the second and third runners-up.

“I express great satisfaction with this fundamental step that will allow us to realize and return to the city of Milan and Lombardy a public space with expanded services and greater investment to be dedicated to cultural proposals, with a Foundation that can invest in culture with financial autonomy, starting with the reopening of the Hotel – says Fabio Massa, President of the Fondazione Stelline The bids that have come in, from leading international players in the hotel industry, are proof of the recognized centrality of the Foundation, including in its receptive capacity. We have chosen a perfectly transparent, public evidence procedure, in the style of the Fondazione Stelline, to reach that financial autonomy from public contribution that is, and remains, the first objective of my presidency”.

Luca Boccato, CEO of HNH Hospitality, is also deeply satisfied: “We are extremely proud of this achievement. A new management contract in the prestigious Palazzo delle Stelline, a location of undoubted historical and strategic value in the heart of Milan. This announcement represents a milestone in our growth, a new business direction that for the first time takes shape in a project with the involvement of major institutional players such as Fondazione Stelline and Accor. Our goal is to support the creation of an impeccable guest experience, in keeping with the high standards that distinguish our structures and the history of such a significant location.”

“We are excited to collaborate with HNH in the development of a new MGallery hotel in Milan – comments Maud Bailly, CEO of MGallery – “MGallery is our luxury collection of 120 boutique hotels around the world, deeply rooted in local culture and dedicated to creating memorable moments for its guests. This project aligns perfectly with our desire to preside over the Milan market through the new look of this historic building in such a strategic area of the city.”

The hotel, which is currently being renovated, and expected to reopen in 2026, has been designed by Stefano Boeri Interiors.
