From November 2025 to April 2026, the Group recorded revenues of €42.7 million and an ADR (Average Daily Rate) of €129.4. EBITDA over the last twelve months amounted to €17.9 million, up from €14.5 million recorded over the same period in 2025.

The Company’s 2025 Financial Statements report revenues of €117.3 million, unchanged from the previous year, and net profit of €4.3 million. EBITDA is €15.8 million. Including the subsidiary Hotel Leon d’Oro, the Group achieves a new record revenue of €121.2 million, net profit of €5.7 million, and EBITDA of €17 million.

SEA Aeroporti di Milano, ChorusLife Linate (a company of the COSTIM Group), and HNH Hospitality announce the opening of DoubleTree by Hilton®, a new four-star hotel to be located within the Milan Linate Airport area. The project is currently under approval by SEA and subsequently by ENAC, with the official opening scheduled for the first half of 2028.

HNH will act as a minority shareholder as well as the operator and tenant for Hotel Leon d’Oro, which will be rebranded under the DoubleTree by Hilton brand. The Hotel is located in central Verona, close to the city’s major attractions, including the Arena di Verona and the city centre.

HNH Hospitality, under the Radisson Collection brand, will manage the 5-star hotel, fruit of the redevelopment of a portion of the Cavallerizza Reale in Turin, a historical building declared a UNESCO World Heritage site.

SACBO contracts HNH Hospitality to manage future Hilton Garden Inn branded hotel at Milan Bergamo. The new Hilton Garden Inn Bergamo Airport hotel, due to open in 2026, will offer 180 modern rooms equipped with the latest technology, designed to meet the needs of all types of travelers.
