The second Italian hotel of the voco® brand in the IHG group managed by HNH Hospitality is set to open in spring 2022
Two months after the inauguration of voco® Milan-Fiere, HNH Hospitality, among the leading independent hotel operators in Italy, announces the opening in spring 2022 of voco® Venice Mestre – The Quid. It is the second Italian hotel of the lifestyle brand of the IHG group (InterContinental Hotels Group) which offers informal accommodation that allows alternating work and fun in a welcoming atmosphere. The hotel is located close to the bypass that connects Mestre to Venice Marco Polo Airport, not far from the Venice-Mestre train station and other stations in the local network, features that attract national and international business and leisure travelers.

The new voco® Venice Mestre – The Quid will be comfortable, with a relaxed atmosphere, suited to MICE and corporate guests, a new food&beverage offer, playful and lively, aspects that also characterize the voco® Milan-Fiere. The project concept, developed by the interior design firm THDP, skillfully blends materials aimed at creating the perfect mix of natural elements and forms in a dialogue between the interior and exterior. The result is a welcoming space where everyone feels comfortable from the moment they enter the hotel.
In particular, the lobby with gaming area becomes a fluid space connected to the restaurant where guests can freely interact, not only a mere transit area but a meeting place where people can stop and socialize. The hotel boasts 128 rooms on 8 floors, between Standard and Premium, some of which have sports equipment, given the business soul of the hotel. The design of the rooms favors functionality, ideal for those who are travelling for work: large spaces, comfortable beds and soft linens, complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi for staying updated, room service available 24/7 and large showers to end the day on a relaxing note. There is also a fitness room for those who want to keep in shape even far from home. The Food&Beverage offer is very interesting, with the completely renovated restaurant that offers dishes made with quality fresh ingredients and the bar “Ludico drinks, food & play” connected to the gaming area: a space dedicated to amusement, for socializing or relaxing with friends or colleagues.
5 meeting rooms make up the Congress Center with variable seating capacities from 10 to 170 people based on needs. The rooms are completely soundproofed, enjoy natural light, are modular with the possibility of choosing among different set ups to meet the needs of all guests.
Apart from the choice of ecological materials in the interior design, HNH Hospitality has once again chosen sustainability therefore the hotel is green in every choice. Among the various solutions, the IHG Green Engage program stands out to cut waste and water and energy consumption apart from reducing plastic to a minimum, favoring glass or paper instead of single-use facilities. A monthly check of utilities and led lighting to reduce waste. Even the courtesy sets have been reduced to not waste packaging, opting for dispensers in the entire hotel and not just in the rooms. Pillows and comforters are made with recycled PET bottles and the client can choose the option of ecological daily room cleaning. The hotel can be easily reached by public transport, has electric car charging stations and rents bikes to use in the city.
