The lifestyle brand of the IHG group debuts in Italy with HNH Hospitality management
HNH Hospitality inaugurates the hotel voco® Milan-Fiere in September in Milan, the first voco® in Italy, the lifestyle brand of the IHG group (InterContinental Hotels Group). The hotel is located in a strategic position, just a few minutes from the Milan Exhibition Center, MiCo (Milano Convention Centre), MIND (Milano Innovation District) and guarantees immediate access to the main highways into the city and the international airports Linate and Malpensa. The brand voco® will bring Milan a different offer, a lively and fresh style, with guaranteed quality standards in an informal yet trendy environment.
The 22-storey modern building, property of Alivest S.p.A., has both a business and congress target. It houses 280 rooms and suites subdivided into different categories: 224 Standard rooms, 32 Premium rooms, 24 Suites; all rooms are between 25 and 56 square meters. Both the common areas and rooms will undergo a restyling that will give the hotel a simple, informal and relaxed redesign. The clever use of natural elements, new fitness opportunities and areas for socializing are the distinctive traits of a hotel that has a target that is young and loves an active, fun and responsible lifestyle.
The crown jewel of the hotel is the Congress Center with 7 modular spaces, which all benefit from natural light, high-tech equipment and free Wi-Fi, able to meet any request, from meetings to large events and exhibitions up to 630 people. It also boasts a foyer and 812-sq-m terrace for outdoor events, a gaming area and covered parking lot with 263 spaces.
