The luxury hotel, the Almar brand’s third resort, completes HNH Hospitality Group’s offer in one of the most in-demand destinations in Sardinia.
HNH Hospitality – among the leading independent 4- and 5-star hotel management operators in Italy – has taken over the management of Timi Ama, a luxury resort in Villasimius.
With the new name Almar Timi Ama Resort & Spa, the structure will become the third resort in the Almar brand, an innovative concept developed and managed by HNH Hospitality, in order to offer an exclusive experience marked by luxury and wellness. This new management kicks off in January 2023 and foresees opening the hotel for the summer season starting in May.
The Resort, located in one of the most in-demand destinations in southern Sardinia, allows HNH Hospitality to strongly diversify their offer and at the same time to further strengthen their Almar brand, already present since 2014 in Jesolo with Almar Jesolo Resort & Spa and in Mazara del Vallo in Sicily with Almar Giardino di Costanza Resort, open since May 2022. This third opening in the south of Sardinia confirms HNH Hospitality’s distinctive positioning with the Almar brand in the five-star segment of Beach & Sun Resorts.
An elegant five-star structure, the new Almar Timi Ama Resort & Spa overlooks the Notteri pond, a natural reserve inhabited by a large population of pink flamingos. The beach Timi Ama, characterized by white sand and crystalline turquoise water, can be reached by crossing the resort’s park, always a protected area. The resort boasts 280 rooms, with a balcony or terrace, on three floors. The structure also offers 4 restaurants and 4 bars, an outdoor pool and an indoor one for the spa, as well as an equipped beach next to the resort property. Apart from the Thalasso Spa, that draws water from a system connected to the sea, the resort also houses a Fitness Center including tennis courts, multipurpose courts and beach volleyball. Finally, the resort will dedicate ample space to the business meeting and events sector thanks to 4 meeting rooms that can seat up to 350 attendees and an outdoor amphitheater with a seating capacity of 400.
