The Whistleblower may report violations of any kind, whether a fact or an act of omission, that may constitute offences, even if only potentially contrary to the law and the company’s internal regulations. However, this excludes reports of a personal nature and reports based on mere suspicions or rumours concerning personal facts that do not constitute an offence.
The Whistleblowing Committee is the unit which receives and handles the reports.
If the report, after a preliminary check, is substantiated, investigations will be carried out to ascertain whether or not the reported facts are well-founded.
The whistleblowing management process provides for the transmission and communication of reports also in anonymous form. HNH Hospitality SpA ensures the confidentiality of the identity of the person making the report and prohibits any form of retaliation or discrimination against anyone who has made a report.
As part of the reporting process, personal data is processed in compliance with the relevant legislation in force (EU Regulation 679/2016 and Legislative Decree 196/2003, as amended by Legislative Decree 101/2018).
