New openings, initiatives and results

22-05-2014

May 22nd, 2014: Almar Jesolo Resort&Spa, the first Five-star resort on Veneto’s Coast, opens in Jesolo.

The first five-star resort on the coast of Jesolo opened at the end of May: commissioned by the H.n.H. Group, Almar Resort & Spa raises the bar of top-tier hospitality in the North Adriatic coast and establishes itself on the market as the Ideal Spa Destination for the winter season.

197 rooms, featuring different categories ranging from the Executive Suite to the Family Room, a 300 seat Restaurant, a 550 seat Auditorium, two swimming pools and a Spa of grandiose proportions: the first five-star Hotel on the coastline of Jesolo, Almar Resort & Spa, managed by H&F, a subsidiary of H.n.H. Group, is the most exclusive hospitality hub on the North Adriatic Coast and an absolute novelty for 2014.

Strategically located on the beachfront, within walking distance of the central pedestrian zone of Lido di Jesolo, Almar is the perfect retreat for a relaxing summer vacation, and aims to become a popular destination during the rest of the year as leading “Destination Spa” in the region.

Covering a surface of 2000 sq. m., Almablu is the large wellness center housed inside the Resort, fully equipped to meet everyone’s individual fitness needs. Spread over two floors, which include a large wet area, the Spa specializes in Thalassotherapy, with salt cabins and beauty treatments inspired by the therapeutic benefits of marine elements. Guests at Almablu can enjoy personalized treatments provided by highly qualified consultants and based on the “Happy Wellness®” method, which offers a perfect synergy of beauty, fitness, relax, health and food to help clients achieve in a simple and pleasant manner their wellness goals, with detox, anti-aging, weight loss and energy performance treatments.

Almablu will be open year-round and operate as a Day Spa for guests wishing to pamper themselves for one day. Each package includes a food menu and a beauty menu with specific Spa treatments, combined to provide maximum results.

The Resort boasts the exclusive Restaurant “Mediterra”, a tribute to Mediterranean food culture and Venetian tradition, whose extensive menu integrates the philosophy of “Happy Wellness®”; flooded with light through oversized windows, the large dining room can accommodate 300 guests, and expands to a vast poolside terrace. The dining room will feature a space dedicated to “Show Cooking” and a “Wine Tasting Corner”, offering a rich selection of Italian and international wines.

The large Auditorium, divisible into three separate rooms, can be customized to host a wide range of events in addition to meetings and conferences, making Almar the perfect setting for conventions, fashion shows, parties, exhibitions or concerts, during and beyond the summer season.

“Almar aims to introduce a new concept in hospitality – explains Luca Boccato, CEO of H&F and H.n.H. Hotels and Resorts – and provide a unique approach to the modern definition of well-being, focusing on values like freedom, relaxation and variety of services. Another highly distinctive asset will be the strategic positioning of Almar. We envision a product that complements the services traditionally offered by Jesolo, a tourist destination that is experiencing a substantial upward shift in its customers’ perception. The Spa and Conference Center will contribute to deseasonalize the demand, extending the season length to at least 9 months. This, for us, will be the most exciting challenge from an entrepreneurial point of view”.
