HNH Hospitality opens up to the extended stay segment with Homy

The first structure, Homy Livia Verona, will open in the heart of the city by the end of 2025

HNH Hospitality presents Homy, the new concept dedicated to the extended stay segment, where valuable experiences and quality of life are intertwined with one of the most important elements of contemporary space: the comfort of home.

With Homy, HNH Hospitality inaugurates a new vision of hospitality, designed to meet the needs of an increasingly fluid, conscious and wellness-oriented tourism. The concept is aimed at travelers seeking flexible solutions for medium to long stays, without sacrificing style, quality and authenticity.

The first project to come to life is Homy Livia Verona, located in the heart of the historic center, inside the elegant Palazzo Tedeschi. The structure will welcome guests in 23 apartments, all furnished with care and designed as refuges of tranquility, functionality and beauty. The seven accommodation types differ in square footage and layout, but share attention to detail and refined furnishings.

Overlooking via Mazzini – one of the oldest and most prestigious pedestrian streets in Europe – Homy Livia Verona stands in a context rich in history and vitality, just a few steps from Piazza Brà and Piazza delle Erbe.

The name of the structure comes from the meeting of two complementary concepts: “Homy”, which recalls an intimate and welcoming environment, where one can feel at home; and “Livia”, a tribute to the Roman heritage of the city of Verona, a symbol of elegance and history.

«With Homy, we inaugurate a new phase of development for our group, opening up to a new dimension within a clear plan for growth and diversification. We are entering the extended stay segment with a product capable of combining comfort, design and a sense of the place. – comments Luca Boccato, CEO of HNH HospitalityVerona, with its strong vocation for tourism, culture and business, represents the ideal context for experimenting with a format dedicated to a transversal clientele: from those who travel for work to those who wish to experience the city in a more authentic and extended way. This project fully embodies our idea of hospitality, now reinterpreted in a more contemporary and flexible key to respond to new travel needs».

The renovation of the property is by the London-based Italian firm THDP, with a team of designers and planners led by the architect Claudia Mazzucato, while Dekus, an independent real estate management and investment company, handled the development of the real estate asset and the selection of the operator.

The new website dedicated to Homy Livia Verona is already online, where you can discover all the information and accommodation solutions.

The official opening of Homy Livia Verona is set for the second half of 2025.
