In the first half of 2010, revenues from operations of the Group amounted to Euros 2.996K, an increase of 14% compared to the same period last year. With the same structures, and without counting the data of the Best Western Quid Hotel Trento opened in April 2010, the production is Euros 2.765K, an increase of 5,2% compared to the same period last year with equal structures.
The overall occupation rate in the first half was 57,6%, compared with 58% in the first half of 2009. Considering the occupation relative to the same structures opened in 2009, however, the occupation rate in the first half of 2010 rose to 61,7% (+3,7%).
The average selling price of the rooms in the first half of 2010 amounted to Euros 94,3 (price of room and breakfast), down to 5,4% compared to 2009 when it amounted to Euros 99,6. At the same structures, however, the average selling price was Euros 97,8, a down of 1,8%.
