2013: H.n.H. confirmed its positive trend (+21%) with a total turnover of 17.2 million Euros

The H.n.H. Group, which as of 2013 manages nine 4-star properties in the most popular tourist destinations in northeastern Italy, reported all indexes on the rise.

The overall turnover showed a 21% increase compared to the previous fiscal year, rising from 14.2 mln Euro in 2012 to 17.2 mln Euro in 2013.

On a comparable scope of consolidation, without taking into account the results of Best Western CTC Hotel in Verona, which joined the Group in July 2013, the group’s percentage growth stands at +9.5% compared to the previous fiscal year, with total revenue of 15.4 mln Euro.

The occupancy rate rose from 70.8% in 2012 to 71.4% in 2013, in line with the national average, whereas the average daily room rate (A.D.R) recorded a slight decrease (-1%). However, when analyzing the results of the ADR using the same parameters of 2012 (i.e. excluding data pertaining the Best Western CTC Hotel Verona), the average total cost reported a 4% increase.

Room sales showed a substantial increase, exceeding last year’s performance by 150,000 room nights, and recording a 21.4% occupancy growth.

According to the estimates for 2014, the financial results will be strongly impacted by the opening of Almar Jesolo Resort & Spa.  As the only 5 star Hotel in Jesolo, Almar Resort & Spa will expand the Group’s range and make a significant contribution to the total revenue, which is expected to rise to about 26 mln Euro, marking a 54% increase. While the occupancy rate is expected to drop slightly, the A.D.R., on the other hand, is predicted to rise dramatically (+16%) following the opening of the new resort.
