InterContinental Hotel Group (IHG) will announce at the International Hotel Investment Forum (IHIF), scheduled for March 7-9, 2016 in Berlin, its debut in Venice with the opening of the first InterContinental Hotel in this high-demand destination, whose management has been entrusted to H.n.h. Hotels and Resorts.

InterContinental® Venice – Palazzo Nani is the name of the new 5-star Hotel, which will operate under a franchise agreement with Cordifin Group and with H.n.h Hotels and Resorts as Management company and which is scheduled to open by the end of 2017.
The charming 16th century palace will be converted into an intimate 51-room Hotel. The ceilings, decorated with hand-carved wooden beams and frescoes, will be restored to their original splendor to preserve the building’s rich history. The hotel will feature a wellness centre, modern meeting facilities and a Club InterContinental® Lounge. The InterContinental –Palazzo Nani enjoys a splendid location in the Cannaregio district and overlooks the canal of the same name.
