This objective can only be achieved through active listening, caring and paying attention to people and their wellbeing.<\/p>\n<p>In fact, the passion, individuality and professionalism of each collaborator make our company unique and grow in the eyes of our stakeholders, the market, our clients, and the entire HNH community.<\/p>\n<p>It is a continuous process, which is measured over time.<\/p>\n<p>This led our company to carry out annual workplace culture analyses, appointing a trusted and consolidated partner: Great Place to Work\u00ae, a specialized global consultancy group.<\/p>\n<p>The workplace culture survey confirms a fundamental step to reflect on how we work and our daily operations.<\/p>\n<p>We thank all of our collaborators who participated with their contributions. Congratulations on this important result!<\/p>\n<p>We will continue to work together in order to make HNH Hospitality a Great Place to Work every day.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>About\u00a0<strong>Great Place to Work\u00ae<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Great Place to Work\u00ae is a research, technology and organizational consultancy that analyzes workplaces by measuring their collaborators\u2019 opinions and employee experience.<\/p>\n<p>Through the Survey Platform and targeted consultancy activities, Great Place to Work\u00ae supports companies along their path to growth and organizational transformation, up to recognizing and awarding the best organizations to work for in Italy, Europe and the world.<\/p>\n<p>The outcomes of the workplace culture analyses allow companies to develop their own Employer Branding: in fact, obtaining the Great Place to Work Certification, along with being ranked in the Best Workplaces Ranking, are recognition of the quality of the workplace culture in order to be considered one of the best organizations to work for.<\/p>\n<p>The methodology used by Great Place to Work\u00ae is universal and consolidated through over 40 years of research in workplaces worldwide.<\/p>\n<p>Excellent workplaces are the fruit of people\u2019s daily relations, trust is the key factor in these relations. The Trust Index Workplace Questionnaire\u00ae designed by Great Place to Work\u00ae gauges the level of trust in companies.<\/p>\n<p>According to this analysis model, it must be a great workplace for everyone, regardless of personal characteristics, the company role and tasks performed.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>The employee survey aims to measure collaborators\u2019 opinions on the workplace culture.
