In the period from November 2021 to April 2022, the Group had a revenue of over 18 million euros and an OR-Occupancy Rate of 49.6%.<\/em><\/p>\n The Board of Directors of HNH Hospitality S.p.A. analyzed the results of the first semester of 2022: <\/strong>between November 2021 and April 2022<\/strong>, the Group had over 18 million euros in revenue<\/strong>, representing strong growth compared to 3 million euros in the same semester of the previous year.<\/p>\n At the closing of the first semester on 30 April, HNH also recorded the following results: In line with revenue, the Occupancy Rate and ADR also show strong growth with regard to the figures from the same period the previous year, even exceeding the forecasts. HNH Hospitality had already positively closed 2021, a year in which they recorded an overall volume of directly managed business of 34.8 million euros. If compared to that of the previous financial year (21.4 million), the Group’s turnover has increased by 62.3%<\/strong>. The EBITDA<\/strong> recorded by the HNH Group on 31 October 2021 was 3.5 million euros<\/strong> \u2013 with a gross operating margin net of government aid of 1.8 million \u2013 while the profit reached 1.4 mililon<\/strong>.<\/p>\n \u201cWe have been experiencing a surge in demand and the rebirth of the sector<\/strong> for a few months now,\u201d \u2013 comments Luca Boccato, CEO of HNH Hospitality. \u201cThe first semester of the 2022 financial year closed on a clearly positive note, even exceeding forecasts and apart from an increase in bookings in structures that draw more tourists, we are also seeing a strong recovery in the meeting and event segment.\u201d The Board of Directors of HNH Hospitality S.p.A., among the leading independent Italian operators in the four- and five-star hotel sector, analyzed the results of the first semester of 2022.
\n\u2022 OR-Occupancy Rate at 49.6%<\/strong>, significantly higher than the same period last year (17.4%) and exceeding the forecast (45.1%).
\n\u2022 The ADR reached \u20ac103.48<\/strong>, compared to \u20ac68.80 in the first semester of 2021.<\/p>\n
\nIn fact, despite the ongoing pandemic, HNH Hospitality succeeded in expanding its offer<\/strong> with the opening of two structures: the hotel voco\u00ae Milan-Fiere in Milan<\/strong> in September 2021 and the Resort Almar Giardino di Costanza<\/strong> in Mazara del Vallo in Sicily last May. The latter \u2013 after Almar Jesolo Resort & Spa \u2013 is the second structure under the Almar brand<\/strong>, an innovative concept developed and managed by HNH Hospitality.
\nAmong further development plans, the Group is assessing new opportunities in Sardinia and Milan<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
