The shareholders\u2019 meeting was held on May 11th, 2012<\/strong> to discuss the approval of the annual financial statement and the appointment of the new Board of Directors<\/strong>, whose mandate, as required by the statute, expired at the time the 2011 budget was passed.<\/p>\n The shareholders approved the annual statement for the year 2011, which ended with a net profit of Euro 50.781, with Euro 2.540 allocated to the legal reserve and Euro 48.241 to the available surplus reserve.
