In the first semester of 2012 the Hotels belonging to the H.n.H Group recorded total revenue of 5,946 million Euros, a 5.5% increase<\/strong> compared to the same time period last year.<\/p>\n

This result was achieved through a slight decrease in the occupancy rate<\/strong> to 64.1% in 2012, down from the previous year 64.5% in the first semester, and a 2.2% increase in the average room rate<\/strong>, \u00a0from Euro 88,9 in 2011 to Euro 90,9 in the first semester 2012.<\/p>\n

This positive performance is even more meaningful<\/strong> considering that, due to the unusual holidays\u2019 schedule, the two properties in Jesolo, the Park Hotel Brasilia and the Adriatic Palace Hotel, opened earlier than the previous year, thus increasing the overall number of available rooms by 3.5% in the first semester.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
