H.n.h. Hotels & Resorts S.p.A. on 9 October completed a long journey that had started in March. Initially, only the iconographic aspect was involved, but now there has been an important change in corporate and organizational terms.<\/p>\n

H.&F. S.r.l.,<\/strong> a company that manages Almar Jesolo Resort & Spa, a 5-star in the Group, has been incorporated into H.n.h. Hotels & Resorts S.p.A.,<\/strong> which, at the same time, changed its corporate name to HNH Hospitality S.p.A.,<\/strong> in effect since November.<\/p>\n

In addition, the Shareholders, at an extraordinary meeting last July, decided to move the financial year closing date to 31 October<\/strong> of each year, while it previously coincided with the solar year on 31 December. These steps have allowed simplifying the corporate structure, guaranteeing significant operating and economic optimization.<\/p>\n

In line with the rebranding activities<\/strong> of this year, the Headquarters located in Venezia Mestre has recently been restyled, according to the aesthetic lines, colors and distinctive traits of the new brand identity.<\/p>\n
