Hotels &amp; Resorts Group closed the first half of 2015 with a very positive trend and a sharp growth in turnover, which increased 33% to Euro 12,121K<\/strong> as of June 30th, 2015 compared to Euro 9,114K in the first semester of 2014 .<\/p>\n<p><strong>Results exceed the budget for the current year.<\/strong> In December 2014, the company&#8217;s Board of Directors approved a budget which forecasted, for the first semester, revenue of Euro 11.7 million.<\/p>\n<p>Revenue growth was boosted not only by <strong>an uplift in the occupancy rate (O.R.)<\/strong> which rose from 63.9% in the first semester of 2014 to 67.7% in the first half of 2015, but mostly by <strong>a marked improvement in the average room rate (A.D.R.)<\/strong>, up 11% from Euro 90,20 in 2014 to Euro 100,1 in 2015.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-287 size-full\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/Grafico-1-semestre_ing_0.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1200\" height=\"848\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.hnh.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/Grafico-1-semestre_ing_0.jpg 1200w, https:\/\/www.hnh.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/Grafico-1-semestre_ing_0-300x212.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.hnh.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/Grafico-1-semestre_ing_0-768x543.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.hnh.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/Grafico-1-semestre_ing_0-1024x724.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1200px) 100vw, 1200px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Almar Resort &amp; Spa&#8217;s extended operating period in 2015<\/strong> (opening date March 7th) compared to 2014 (opening date May 22nd) weighed positively on this figure.<\/p>\n<p>The Group CEO, Luca Boccato, is very satisfied with the results achieved: &#8220;Despite the fact that these are half-year figures, therefore still incomplete, <strong>the results are going beyond our expectations.<\/strong> We see tangible signs of recovery on the business segment, in which we operate through the city hotels, while data pertaining our seaside properties, part of the leisure component, anticipate<strong> a very positive closing of the current year even at such an early stage of the season.<\/strong> &#8221;<\/p>\n<p>He adds: &#8220;For these reasons and taking into accounts the signs that we gather on the sales front for the second half, we believe that <strong>the budget estimates for 2015, with an expected revenue of Euro 28.5 million, can be reached if not exceeded<\/strong>, crowning an extremely positive year for the industry and for our Group. &#8220;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The H.n.h.
