{"id":10755,"date":"2025-12-18T10:04:02","date_gmt":"2025-12-18T09:04:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.hnh.it\/?p=10755"},"modified":"2025-12-18T15:36:25","modified_gmt":"2025-12-18T14:36:25","slug":"2025-a-record-year-for-hnh-hospitality","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.hnh.it\/en\/news\/2025-a-record-year-for-hnh-hospitality\/","title":{"rendered":"2025 a record year for HNH Hospitality"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Turnover exceeding \u20ac121 million, steady increase in room occupancy and average room rate (preliminary figures)<\/p>\n<p><strong>HNH Hospitality S.p.A.\u00a0<\/strong>closed the financial year ending October 31, 2025, with revenues exceeding \u20ac121 million, up 7% compared to 2024, confirming the validity of its operating model, as well as its growth and diversification strategy.<\/p>\n<p>The EBITDA margin remained stable at around 15%, while average room occupancy rose from 77% in 2024 to 78.4% in 2025. The <strong>average room rate (ADR) also rose significantly<\/strong>, reaching \u20ac169.10 compared to \u20ac164.7 last year.<\/p>\n<p>A year marked by investments and new projects that confirm the Group&#8217;s position in the high-end hospitality segment. On the one hand, Almar Resorts &amp; Spa&#8217;s new strategic phase, aimed at strengthening the distinctive identity of its three properties. On the other, various hotel management operations: the latest announcement concerns the management of the Grand Hotel Trento, which began on December 1, alongside strategic projects in Northern Italy. In Verona, the group has taken over the management of the Hotel Leon d&#8217;Oro, which is set to become a DoubleTree by Hilton, and has inaugurated Homy Livia, a complex of 23 apartments designed for extended stays in the city. In Turin, HNH Hospitality will manage the 5-star hotel created from the redevelopment of a portion of the Cavallerizza Reale di Torino under the Radisson Collection brand. Finally, in Milan Linate, the Group will be present with DoubleTree by Hilton inside the airport, strengthening its presence in major Italian cities and diversifying its hospitality offer.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c<em>2025 has confirmed the soundness and effectiveness of our strategy. With 19 operational facilities and four opening soon, we are fully on track to reach our target of 25 facilities by 2027.
